Refund and Return Policy

At My Organic Side, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you received your item, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it.

  • Unopened and unused (with safety seals intact).

  • In its original packaging.

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Return Process

To start a return, you must first contact us at: mcura@theorganicside.com.

Important Notes:

  • Returns must be sent to the following address: 12010 Radium St, San Antonio, TX 78216, USA.

  • If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

4. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations regarding consumable products:

  • Perishable/Consumable Goods: Items such as opened teas, capsules, tablets, or single-serve cups cannot be returned once the safety seal is broken or the packaging is opened.

  • Custom Products: Special orders or personalized items.

  • Sale Items and Gift Cards: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

5. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (if eligible), and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged from the factory.

6. European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification, provided the items remain unopened and in their original condition.

7. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

  • Approval: If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • Delays: If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return and you haven't received it, please check with your bank or credit card company. If the issue persists, contact us at mcura@theorganicside.com.

8. Shipping High-Value Items

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
